William L.A. Baird Obituary (1941 - 2021)

William L.A. Baird, 80, of Roseland, N.J., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021. A graveside service will be on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Restland Memorial Park, 77 Deforest Ave., East Hanover, N.J. Arrangements are by Paul Ippolito-Dancy Memorial, Caldwell, N.J. Born in Kearny, Mr. Baird lived in San Diego, CA for most of his life before moving to Roseland 10 years ago. Mr. Baird served in the Navy for over 30 years before retiring as a Command Master Chief in 1993. He was the husband of the late Joyce (Fox) Baird; father of Desten Baird, and brother of Alexander Baird.
