Theresa Lutz

Mrs. Theresa G. Lutz (nee Costello), 87, of West Caldwell, N.J., passed away on Monday, Jan. 31, 2022.

A Mass in her memory will be held at St. Aloysius Church, 219 Bloomfield Ave., Caldwell, N.J., on Saturday, February 5 at 9:30 a.m. A celebration of her life will take place later date.

Graduated from Georgian Court University, she and her husband, Carl, moved to West Caldwell in 1963 where they raised their family and she continued to live until her death.

With an active social life, she was a member of Caldwell Senior Citizens Club, St. Aloysius Senior Citizens, and the St. Aloysius Rosary Society. She was an avid reader, enjoyed her many vacations to Wildwood Crest as well as playing Michigan Rummy and other card games with her family and friends.

The beloved wife of the late Carl Lutz, she was the loving mother of Cynthia Lamont and her husband, Thomas, Kenneth Lutz, Robert Lutz and his wife, Eva, and Janet Maikisch and her husband Joseph. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Christine, William and his wife, Taryn, Samantha, Brian, Danielle and her husband, Peter, Lauren, Marisa, Ryan, and Isabelle and two great-grandchildren, Lucas and Santino.
