Lillian C. Grippaldi Lillian C. Grippadi (nee D'Alessio), 99, of West Orange passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018.
Visitation will be at Paul Ippolito-Dancy Memorial, 9 Smull Ave., Caldwell, on Oct. 29, 2018, Monday morning, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by a Mass at Notre Dame Church, North Caldwell at 11 a.m. The interment for the family will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
Born in Orange, Mrs. Grippaldi lived in West Orange most of her life.She was worked for many years at Pleasantdale Cleaners, a family owned business in West Orange before retiring.
The beloved wife of 72 years to the late Joseph Grippaldi, she is survived by her devoted children, Joseph Grippaldi and his wife, Eunice, and Lorraine Marino and her husband, Robert; cherished grandchildren, Michael Grippaldi and his wife, Hillary, Dana Monachello and her husband, Carl Von Dusen, Jennifer Marino Thibodaux, and her husband, Jay, and Steven Marino, and adored great-grandchildren, Jason and Samantha Monachello and Annie Grippaldi, and Jackson Thibodaux.
