Joan M. Seibel (Rosamilia) Obituary (1940 - 2021)

Joan M. Seibel (Rosamilia), 81, of Viera, FL., a former West Caldwell, N.J. resident passed away on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at Paul Ippolito-Dancy Memorial, 9 Smull Ave., Caldwell, on Friday, Sept. 24, 2021 from 6 to 9 p.m. A Mass will be held at Notre Dame Church, North Caldwell, N.J., on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021 at 10 a.m., followed by the interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J. Born in Montclair, N.J., Mrs. Seibel lived in West Caldwell for many years and Boynton Beach, FL., before moving to Viera, FL. A graduate of Bloomfield High School, she was employed as a secretary at Grover Cleveland Junior High School for many years before retiring. She also worked as an administrative assistant for several years at Caldwell College. Mrs. Seibel was a former member of the Junior Women's Club of West Essex, enjoyed bowling, playing golf, tennis and painting various types of artwork;. She was also a talented decorator. Her family was her pride and joy, and she adored her grandchildren. She played an important role in her family 's lives and she will be missed greatly by everyone. She was predeceased by her first husband, Dr. Victor Rosamilia, and parents, Joseph and Anna Stefanczyk. Mrs. Seibel is survived by her beloved husband, Richard K. Seibel; loving children, Steven Rosamilia and his wife, Diane, and Dana Saunders; dear sister, Eileen Piegaro and her husband, Greg, and cherished grandchildren, Dean Rosamilia, Thomas, Drew and Calista Saunders, and adored niece, Elissa Alberto.
