Geraldine Paladino

Geraldine Ann Paladino (nee Coppola), 94, of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by the love of her family.

Geraldine was the beloved wife of the late Thomas W. Paladino and devoted mother of Gina Parisi, Guy Paladino and Anthony Paladino and his wife, Dana. She was the loving mother-in-law of the late Joseph Parisi, Jr., cherished grandmother of Anthony Fazio and his wife Jordan, Joseph and Thomas Parisi and the late Mara Model and proud great-grandmother of Cooper and Crosby Fazio.

Born to the late Charles and Anna Coppola, Geraldine was predeceased by her brothers, Sam and Carmen Coppola, and is survived by her sister-in-law Domenica Coppola. She was also a beloved aunt to her many nieces and nephews, several of whom shared an especially close and cherished bond with her.

Geraldine was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family, especially following the loss of her husband. Beautiful inside and out, she was known for her warm smile, easy laughter, playful sense of humor, and accepting nature. She had a special gift for making friends of all ages and backgrounds, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable in her presence.

Geraldine enjoyed spending time with family and close friends. She worked in various clerical positions before spending many years as an insurance verifier at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston.

She will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, laughter, and the unconditional love she shared with her family.

Visiting will be held at Dancy Funeral Home, 9 Smull Avenue, Caldwell on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 9 to 10 AM with a funeral Mass at Saint Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in Caldwell at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
