Elaine A. Pelusio

Elaine A. Pelusio (Rancitelli), 77, of Parsippany passed away peacefully on Friday, March 26, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Passaic, N.J., Elaine spent her early years in Newark before moving to West Caldwell. She was a 1961 graduate of James Caldwell High School and lived in West Caldwell for over 40 years before moving to Parsippany. She was a bookkeeper for most of her career and she had a soft spot for rescue dogs. Elaine will always be the original live, love, laugh person who was simple and down to earth.

Elaine was predeceased by her husband James Pelusio in 2008 and her brother Richard Rancitelli. Surviving are her daughters, Diane Martin (nee Peter) and her husband, Warren, Dawn Klarin (nee Peter) and her husband, Darvin; stepchildren, James Pelusio and his wife, Erica, and Jennifer Pelusio and her partner, Jessica Yehle. Elaine is also survived by her brother William Rancitelli and was a loving grandmother to Lucia, Maia, Domenic, Valentino, Dylan, and Jacob.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:30 am, Our Lady Mother of the Church, Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
