Anthony Gerald Lewis, Jr. Obituary (1951 - 2024)

Anthony Gerald Lewis Jr., 72, of Orange passed away on Friday, Feb. 2, 2024. Visiting will be in Paul Ippolito-Dancy Memorial, 9 Smull Ave., Caldwell, NJ., on Thursday, Feb. 8th from 10 to 11 a.m. immediately followed by an 11:30 a.m. Funeral Mass to be held in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Orange. Born and raised in Orange, N.J., Mr. Lewis lived in Harlem, N.Y., before returning to Orange many years ago. He worked for many years as a library assistant. Mr. Lewis is survived by his brother Victor Lewis and sister, Marguerite Lewis, and by many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Dolores Jackson.
