Angelina Gargano

Angelina Gargano, 89, of West Caldwell passed away on Friday, Oct. 27, 2023.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, from 12 noon to 2 p.m., at Paul Ippolito-Dancy Memorial, 9 Smull Ave., Caldwell, NJ, immediately followed by a 2 p.m. funeral service at the funeral home. The entombment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.

Born in Molise, Campobasso, Italy, Mrs. Gargano lived in West Caldwell and Verona for many years before moving to Morristown.

She was a seamstress with the International Ladies Garments Workers Union before retiring.
The beloved wife of the late Thomas Gargano, she was the loving mother of Camillo Gargano, Vincenza (John) Kafaf, Patricia (Al Bird) Procino and Teresa (Lou) Agnello, dear sister of Nella Sala, and cherished grandmother of Nicola, Gregory, Christine, Antonella, Giuliana, Francesca, Thomas, Tina, Marc, Gianna and Tyler, and dear great-grandmother of Angelina, Robert, and Emilia.
